In 1993, I produced the local reggae band Roots Vibration. Out of this collaboration came the release of their reggae-dance single, „Listen to the Music“—arriving right at the peak of the early-90s crossover reggae boom, alongside major international hits from acts like Inner Circle and Big Mountain.
The track quickly caught the attention of Austria’s national radio station, Ö3, where it received heavy airplay and regular rotation. This strong radio backing gave the band a major push, significantly boosting their live presence and propelling them onto stages across the country.
